Chris "Welshy" is a trancehead trapped in a hardcore dj's body. Owner of the forthcoming Penguin records, Chris is a true clubber as happy at Gatecrasher as he is in a small function room in Hull promoting hardcore nights.
He has recently won the "Uprising Dj Competition 2008" proving his skills main stage in the norths best hardcore event, he has future main stage work there coming soon.
Although Chris is still young he has been into the harddance scene for many years and has acheived a lot in the time he has been doing it, playing at most events in the South Yorkshire/Humberside area and promoting a number of events also.
He has had his productions released but a lot of his tracks are done more for his dj sets and he has made some corkers under the Welshy and Northern Alliance pseudonyms.
Expect big things from this lad as his more expansive music tastes lead to more creativity in the studio keeping him out of the pigeonholes.
