SUB started Dj'ing back in the early 90's, inspired by the former Dj SUB (Brother 'Rich' R.I.P).
The sound of the music just came natural to his ears as he knew it was something that was going to be with him until the day he dies.
He first got introduced to his good friend, Dj Topgroove, who gave him his first break at 'The Welly Club' in Hull, as that was the place to be in his home town for all the hardcore tunes and BIG name Dj's such as Carl Cox,Easygroove,Sy,Stu Allen,Demand and Dougal etc.
It really all spiralled from that point, as SUB came more aware of the music itself and its art he found himself getting bookings at clubs such as Uprising / Dizstruxshon / Atlantis / Adidance aswell as other Hardcore nights around clubs and small venues across Yorkshire.
SUB quit the Dj'ing side of things round about 98/99 as he had other commitments he had to fullfill but, (ah, the famous but!!) He never quit listening to it and it never stopped him from going out to venues still to this day as often as he could as he still and always will have the Love for the music.
