After a few years off, Dave Deva is back on the music tip, although he has not stopped DJing his personal production took a back seat to engineering and pushing new talent.
I'm personally looking to get back on the big kick music as there is a lot of the same music kicking around atm, I'm not against this but cannot see the point in jumping on the bandwagon especially as I love european music more than UK.
I'm hoping for some collaborations this forthcoming year with northern producers. I still want to bring new talent in and with stuff i'm being sent I can see there are plenty of new producers out there.
My djing has been confined to Yorkshire recently (other than my trips to Scotland for Addiction, Australia and America) and i'm looking to expand that again, one big problem I will face is that diversity has been bred out of the majority of large event attending ravers these days, I find clubs are more open to the tougher sound as are ravers out of the UK.
