Steves interest in music started at the age of 8, listening to people like Michael Jackson, The Prodigy and local pirate radio stations. His dream from a young age was to have his own decks.
Listening to Fantazia, Helter Skelter and Vibealite tapes influenced him in a life changing way. "It wasn't just an addiction, it was my life!"
He bought his first decks at 14 playing old skool breaks, gabba, german trance and hardcore. A few years later he contacted Devastate to have a go at producing, in 1999 he wrote Soulchaser which was later released by Kevin Energy on Nu-Energy digital downloads.
Steve along with another Nu-Vision writer, Rasper, ran a monthly hardcore event in the South Yorkshire are, called Magnetic and is considering lookin into this again to get back behind the decks.
Steve had a couple of years away from production but has been busy both in his and Devastates studio recently, producing a number of tracks in the german style he loves, bringing old style sounds and riffs onto modern pumping beats.
